Yes! We are committed to making our services accessible. For that reason we reserve several sliding scale spots from fees as low as $125-$165 depending on income level. To inquire about a sliding scale fees, email contact@cypresstherapycenter.com.

We are not an in-network provider at this time. We can provide you with receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend using tools like Mentaya to check if your insurance covers therapy services with an out-of-network provider.

Please note: Mentaya charges a 5% fee on your total claim.
For example, if your session costs $190 and your insurance covers 75%, that’s $142.50. You’d pay $47.50 for the session plus a $9.50 fee for the claim, totaling $57—saving you money while still getting great care!

In your first session, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and explore your goals. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the therapy process. We’ll begin building rapport and start working together on the issues that matter most to you. Confidentiality and privacy practices will also be discussed in the first session. Plan on this session to run about 75 mins to accommodate the extra housekeeping steps that must be addressed at the beginning.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the challenges you’re facing. Some people benefit from a few sessions, while others may need longer-term support. We’ll regularly assess your progress and adjust the length of treatment as needed.

Yes, confidentiality is a core part of the therapeutic process. I will not share anything discussed in our sessions without your permission, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law. This includes minors.
In instances where couples/families are in treatment, we will exercise a “no-secrets” policy that will be discussed at the beginning of therapy and clearly outlined in your informed consent to treatment.

I use a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Humanistic Therapy. My focus is on building a strong therapeutic relationship, where we explore your experiences and work on practical strategies for growth.
